Alarm Clock Xtreme Lock Screen Notification

This issue began a while back. I have been using Alarm Clock Xtreme for quite a few years now and originally when I first started using it I could see what alarm was set via my lock screen e.g. I check my lock screen and it would have a notification on it - alarm set for 7am etc.

After a while this started playing up - every time the app was updated I had to uninstal and reinstal the app to get this feature working. However eventually that even stopped working. This was on an Samsung s6 phone I should add.

I have just upgraded to the Samsung s8 and tried to see if this will work now but it doesn't. Has this feature been removed or is this a bug? The main reason I started using Alarm Clock Xtreme was this feature as the default android alarm doesn't do this and I want to be able to quickly glance at my phone and know my alarm is set for the right time.

Please click on the following link ( http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical ) and fill out your details, select as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description please completely explain about your issue and finally click on Email option. The AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.

That is what I did - in the link you gave me I chose Android, the correct product etc. and it tells me email support is not available because I am not a paying customer

Tap on the drawer.
Click on Help and support-> Contact support and fill the form.
