It's unfortunate this has happened, let's fix it by following steps. We request you to remove the device from Anti-theft portal (my.avg.com) and turn off the Anti-theft in mobile device.
Now, please try to reactivate Anti-theft feature on mobile device and check the situation.
To deactivate the Anti-theft feature on mobile, please follow the steps below :
1. Open AVG Anti-virus.
2. Tap on the menu drawer at the top left corner.
3. Click on Anti-theft.
4. Turn off the Anti-theft.
5. Now, login to Anti-theft portal and remove the device.
6. Restart the device and register it again.
If the issue persists, click on the following link( http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical ) select as Android in Os field, fill out your details and click email option. AVG Android mobile team will reply back to you via email.
Even though I have auto dismiss set to 'never,' if I have trouble waking up, the alarm will eventually stop sounding and say "missed alarm." Which defeats the purpose of the auto dismiss setting, doesn't it? It also makes this app useless for heavy sleepers, even though it was created FOR heavy sleepers. If this isn't resolved, I'm going to have to find a new app.
