After the update to my Samsung A70 (I gess it was to One UI to version 2.0, on Android 10), when an alarm start its sounds but no screen to dismiss or snooze. Instead no screen shows and when unlock no screen too. I have to open the app, on regular way to open any app, to see the action screen.
I did the "fix this problem" on Help and FAQ option on app menu. I searched a way to give administration access to Alarm Clock Xtreme, but didn't found the option.
What can I do?
I don't want to lose all my alarms configured doing a reinstall or clear all data (sadly this app don't have a backup feature).
