I thought I was going crazy when I upgraded my phone and ran into the same problem. I decided not to go through the tech support hassle, but the Upgrade button just goes round-and-round. I've tried every day for 3 weeks, but either no one has reported the bug or the programmers just don't care.

Select the option as "YES" and the operating system as "ANDROID"
Fill in the details and click on the option "answer via email"

Tap on drawer.
Click on Help and support-> Contact support and fill the form.

I have contacted support via email, and in the end I had to uninstall and reinstall my app: my phone will not let tme reset any apps…

I just want to say that I have had exactly the upgrade issues reported here, for my app on Android. I did not even have to change phones or reset my phone. I just keep getting the ads coming back now and then, (some of them REALLY annoying full page screamers)  and if try to upgrade as required, I either get the spinniing circle and nothing else, or a full-orice purchase required.

I also paid via a special offer. Alarm clock xtreme pro does not show in play store…

I hjope you are not saying it's android's fault. Every other app I wn is fine.

I had an app of yours on my old phone that I  PAID FOR because I thought, at the time, it was pretty good and the app had a 40% off discount so I was pretty cool with spending some money to upgrade the free app to the pro version. Fast forward a month and I get myself a new phone… And silly me thinks that just like any other app I purchased on my account, it'll download and I'll have no issues. That, obviously, wasn't the case. I contact your customer support and relay the issues I'm having, giving you all details of the problem, relaying purchase amount and how I got a discount through the app, and supply you guys with proof of purchase. A week later, after 3 emails of you guys in terribly broken English sending me "copy paste" instructions on how to redownload the app in varying ways, I have thoroughly determined and shared with your customer service reps that despite having purchased the app, the 'pro version' isn't available for download for me. It just shows up as available for purchase at it full $ amount.
Here is where I finally got upset… When your 4th or 5th response to me was a jumbled mess of an attempt at English and you guys tell me that you are aware of this problem with the app, but there's nothing you can do about it. After the crap you guys had me try, THEN you tell me you're aware of this issue already. THEN you suggest I get a refund and repurchase that full priced app… I repeated that I got it at a discounted price and I wasn't going to spend more money to fix their issue. I even asked if they could just give a CREDIT of some kind or a refund and another discount code so I wasn't forced to pay more. NOPE.
Seriously? So, your customers are responsible for dishing out MORE money to fix YOUR technical problems!?!?
That's it, I'm done. You guys suck. Hopefully others see this and stay the hell away from all of your products.

Amy, we will check this for you.

This issue might be with Android system files conflict. We recommend you to reset AVG Antivirus app once and check for the situation. This will reset the configuration of the app to defaults. To do so, navigate to the location mentioned below.

Device Menu -> Settings -> Apps/Application Management -> AVG Antivirus -> Tap on clear cache and clear data -> Force stop the app once.

Restart the device once
