I had the latest version of Android 10. I see the same complaint for Google's alarm as well as for other alarms on Android in the Play store all within the last month or so. I've uninstalled and reinstalled checked all the permissions etc. I keep getting the message that an alarm did not go off. This has been going on for two weeks at least. I have the pro version of alarm clock Xtreme if that helps.
