I have been using Alarm Clock Xtreme on my Galaxy S8 with no issues, it's been the best alarm clock and I love that I can have my grandsons voice speaking to me as my wake-up. I recently upgraded to a Galaxy S10 and loaded the program and have found that it always runs the alarms, but it doesn't always go to full screen. In the morning when the phone is password locked, it no longer shows over the lock screen, I have to login and then start the program. With an evening alarm it may go off as planned, but will not take priority over anything I may be using at the time, such as Facebook, YouTube or others.
I have to believe that I'm missing a setting somewhere, but I've combed through everything I can find and cannot locate any setting or permission that is missing.
Please help me get the alarm to override anything else that may be running so it's not just going off in the background and I have to fight to get it visible in order to acknowledge.
