Can you mention the version of your AVG Internet Security?
Can you able to run the deep scan in your AVG?
Since I had to replace my DSL modem because the original modem died, I have not been able to pull up any of my AVG products. Previously I've done a deep scan periodically but now nothing comes up that allows such (or any) scan. With the replacement of the old modem, is there something else that needs to be done on my end? The products I have purchased are all due for renewal in May 2019 but I feel a scan might be necessary as some items won't run at all (i.e. Yahoo mail). I'm concerned that my system may be infected now due to extreme slowness being experienced occasionally and the problem mentioned above (executing any AVG scan and inability to reach Yahoo mail).

I've noticed that the AVG Antivirus AVGUI.exe file is MISSING from C:\Program Files\AVG\Antivirus folder on my PC
I don't know where to look for a "version" of the AVG Internet Security
