All computers asking to restart repeadley

Hello Darren,
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with AVG Internet Security. Please share a screenshot of the restart message to assist you further. We will check which component is asking for a computer reboot every time. You can check the following link to see the instructions about taking the screenshot (http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot).
Best regards,
Alok.

Hi, I have Internet Security unlimited and also pc tune up unlimited on all my family members laptops. The subscriptions for both expired a few days ago and so I re-purchased another 12 months of both products.  Since renewing the services all my family laptops are getting AVG restart messages all of the time and the hacker protection and firewall get switched off in the settings menu.  I have uninstalled both services from all laptops and reinstalled them from my AVG account screen.  This works for a day and then the restart messages return on all and every laptop.  It is still asking me to restart the laptops every few hours or so.  VERY VERY ANNOYING AND NOT WHAT I PAID JUST UNDER £100 FOR.
Please advise what I should do next to get my AVG paid for services working as they should be.
regards,
Darren

Thanks Alan.  I have just posted a reply on this thread but it is now not showing.  So here it is again…I have followed instruction to use the AVG removal tool and then re-install the AVG software from my online account.

So far so good…we'll see.
The first tell tale signs seem to be when the hacker protection is turned off when I restart my laptop and this has already happened.  For some reason the firewall component is turning itself off under settings. If it continues I will then come back with screen shots.
It would have been helpful if the email I received from Alok actually stated that I should share the screenshot here, and not by replying to the email that he sent me, that was the logical thing for me to do as no other instructions were given in the email.
cheers, Darren

Darren,
I have sent you an email instruction to get connected with our technical support team. Please follow those instructions to get in touch with them and you should be able to resolve your issue.

After using the AVG removal tool and re-installing my paid for AVG components all seems well…HOWEVER…the hacker protection within internet security is highlited in red.  under settings > components I find that the firewall is switching itself off.  I can switch it back on and then its OK until the next reboot.  It is then switched off again and I have to go through the process again.

Darren,
I would like to appreciate your efforts and patience to re install AVG. If you need anything else, do not hesitate to let us know.
