All files not being read during scans

Any type of scan I run receives the following message in report. "Your file or folder scan was unable to scan all files. We suggest scanning again."  I run another scan and have tried changing type of scan. Other than identifying the type of scan I ran the resulting message is the same for all scans. The report does not identify the files  Are there any suggestions on what to do or look for. Thank you

The message appears when I hover over the circled i in Scan History. The screen shot does not show the message…
