I am the daughter (This is my mother's AVG account, but she does not speak English so well). My father has Alzheimer's and lost all his login details to end his subscription for Secure VPN for 1 pc, that will be renewed coming Saturday April 23.. I want to end the subscription, definitely. My father does not use his pc anymore. His pc account does also not exist anymore (my mother has another pc account). So it is impossible to contact AVG through the old AVG account.
