All settings are gone when storting my computer this morning

When starting  my computer this morning all settings are gone. A complete other desktop. Outlook gone. 
There was a warming from my AVG: threat: IDP. Alexa.51
…/systeem 32/aetsprov.all

Need to install veertig again with all passwords…
what is going on?
who can help me?
