All Shields turned off

i have had avg for a month now and this is the 2nd time i have reached out here. i am not protected. it says all shields are turned off and for me to turn them on, i click the red circles to turn them on but they don't turn on. My last post I someone did reach out to me and they had asked me to send them a picture of what i saw but that was all that was done. I need help or this software is useless to me, i'm not protected at all. Please help
