Hi, only had AVG a few days and not scanning, so tried manual scan and keep getting same message "unkown problem try later" spoke, i thought, yesterday to AVG support, now dubious if it was, as they said i have Koobface and AVG would not remove it. Closed call but they had control of my pc for a short while before i did. Any help appreciated as new user.
