Allocation of licenses

Thank you very much - your new activation worked code  and  the license expiration date now matches the one on the other two computers.

Hi Ranjani
AVG Internet Security shows up on my desktop. When I requested a license retrieval, the system confirms that I have  a valid license for 3 computersvalid up to 2019-10-05 and it displays  the license number in a format which has 6 groups of 5 characters separated by a dash. On the third computer, it has decided that the licence has expired.  I downloaded it again as the expired version  disappeared and it showed that it was back up to date. But at the bottomof the screen, it says it will expire in 25 days. When go to My subscription, the license number it displays is different and it has a format of 3 groups of 6 charactersand the expiry date is in 25 days. When  I try to activate it with the other license number, it tells me "sorry, something went wrong" and that is it!

Hello Nicole,

We are here to help.
You may need to re-activate the subscription to get rid off the expiry notices appearing on the user interface.
Refer this article for the steps to activate the product using the license number. If the issue persists, do provide us the version of AVG Internet Security (Open the program > Menu > About) to assist further.
Thank you.

We  have 3 computers and they should all be covered by our licence. I requested a  license retrieval and I received an email confirming this and the licence expiration date of 2019-10-05. However something is out of kilter.  Two of the computers recently reported that the systems needed updating and the update appeared successful. The third computer says the Internet security has expired and  needs to be renewed now. How do I fix this so that it is valid  until October please

Nikki,

I appreciate your efforts.

You have to activate your product on third Pc.

Open AVG Internet Security -> My AVG -> My Subscription -> Log out and remove license (if available) -> Enter your license number to activate it.

Have you uninstalled AVG suggested by Akash in 2017? It's related to old version of Tuneup.

Do you see AVG Internet Security or Antivirus Free icon on your desktop screen?
