Allow a program

Hello Lucy,
We are sorry to hear that. We suggest you to run AVG repair and check if you are able to use this application with out any issue and then you can add this program to AVG exception list by following the steps from this link http://avgclick.me/AddException. If you still have any issue, feel free to contact us.
Thank you

AVG blocks my use of Coupon Printer.  It doesn't ask me if I want it blocked.  I've been unable to restore files it has quarantined.  I check them off but before I can click Restore they are unchecked.
Other than uninstalling AVG, how can I get around this problem?

Hi Karthikeyan -

I run Windows 10.  I can't find Add/Change programs; there is no repair option.

I also seem to be running a different version of AVG (it updated itself a month or 2 ago and got worse).  It has no Options option.  It has no Exceptions option.

I too have the same problem.  The problem is not about adding exception.  It is about not able to restore quarantined files.
