Thanks, but it Still wont show up. I tried that already. I click on the lock, enter my password but the allow button will not appear. Any other suggestions?

Thank you for reaching us here.
You have to unlock the 'Security & Privacy' settings window first to make any changes. Click the lock icon at the bottom of 'Security & Privacy' settings window and enter the Mac password to unlock it.

Hi there, i'm getting the extension blocked message on my mac OS High Sierra 10.13.6. It tells me to go to Security & Privacy settings and press the Allow button but the problem is THE ALLOW BUTTON DOES NOT APPEAR ON THE SCREEN. So i have nowhere to run now. Anyone knows what the problem or the solution might be? thanks!!!
