Allow traffic in on port 80 - open firewall

1.Open AVG -> click on 'Firewall'
2.'Settings' (Wheel icon) -> 'Expert Mode'
3.'System Services' in left menu -> Internet Information Services -> Edit
4.Under 'Rule detail name', click on 'HTTP server' -> Edit
5. Block -> Allow -> OK

I have a website hosted on IIS on my Windows 10 computer that is protected by AVG Ultimate.
I need to open port 80, or some other port, to allow computers to access this website.  They have access if the AVG Firewall is disabled, so it is definitely the AVG Firewall that is preventing access.
How do I open a port on the AVG Firewall.

7 weeks to respond from senior level team.  Not impressed at all.  And now your advertising on providing other tech support?
After 3 calls to your online help I was finally able to determine how to correct the problem. 
Online Support wasn't able to, but at least I could see where they were going wrong.

In trying to make the product easier to use, you're making less useful for other than simple applications.
