Allowed websites is the place where you can add a website to exclude it from tracking cookies removed for that website.
Did you try to add or remove a website from it? May I know since when do you see an exclamation mark on it?
Could you restart your PC and check?
Your technician worked remotely on my computer to locate the issue. AVG Browser had to be reinstalled as there seemed to be an issue connected with it. Unfortunately I am still have issues locating websites. May I have the job number so that I can refer again with this issue.

I have a yellow exclamation sign on the 'Allowed Websites' panel display. I haven't the faintest idea what to do with it. When I click on Check it Out t displays a list of known and not so known websites such as Google.com and YouTube.com, etc.
