Allowing app;ication access through firewall

Hello Leigh,
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please open the AVG Internet security and click on Menu at the top right corner of the interface. Click Settings - Components - Customize Firewall settings. In that , please click on "System Rules " and enable the Remote access . Also please change the networks from "Public to Private" (If it is in Private, change it to Public) in Network profiles.

Does anyone have any idea what settings need changing on the Firewall in AVG Build number 1.181.3.2097, to allow remote access from my iPhone to my desktop, via RemoteX server?
