Already have a subscription, but AVG keeps asking me to purchase another

I paid for a year subscription and I activated it on my windows 10 and mac. The AVG shows I got some issues in yellow,  I click on resolve and it wants more money. WHY?? If this is the way its gonna be, I will definitely NOT renew when it comes up for renewal. 
Please explain this to me. This is confusing Thank you Jeri

You have an active subscription of AVG Internet Security Multi-device product valid till August 23, 2019. This product can be installed and activated on multiple windows PC's and android devices.
You may need to re-activate the subscription to get rid off these purchase prompts. To do so, open AVG Internet Security > My AVG > My Subscription > Click 'Log out/Remove license (if available)'. Once you get the options 'Login' and 'Enter your activation code', select login and enter your AVG MyAccount credentials to activate the product.
If you continue to face the same issue, let us know the version of the program installed on your PC. To find: Open AVG Internet Security > Menu > About.
Keep us updated on the progress.

Hi, 

My husband and I purchased a year's subscription to AVG for unlimited devices.  We intended to use this for my laptop, his computer, our tablets, ipads, smart phones etc. 

I have followed the instructions from our email re AVG order confirmation - re downloading and installing the software, and I have signed into to AVG.    

Every time I restart my computer, a window pops up asking me to subcribe to AVG.  Why does it keep asking this?  I already have a subscription.  It is every annoying having to turn it off every time. 

Have I got the full protection on my laptop, or do I need to uninstall and reinstall again?

Barry, if you are seeing ads or notifications to buy the product which you already paid for, it could be possible that you did not install and activate those paid apps on your PC yet.

I have activated it many times, but it still comes up with a pay page, so should I uninstall the AVG I have on my computer and then reinstall it, and use the activation code to activate again?
