Already have AVG Security, so why keep asking me to 'come back?'

You've received the renewal notification/reminder for an older subscription due to a system generated error.
This has been already notified to the concerned team & they're working on it to fix it.

I already have AVG Security but I keep getting emails to ask me to 'come back to us!' I think this is because, for some reason it was down twice in my account but I'd only ever paid for one. I've just renewed the one I've got at the discount price of $126. 99c, so why would I want to buy it again?

I queried this in a Chat session and it was resolved and now there is only the one in my account. Why don't they look into their paperwork or my account as they must be able to see that I've got it and just renewed it. They think I have to renew a second one possibly. Can someone bring them up-to-date?.  It's alright saying ignore the emails but they are a pest!  Fix this please!
