Already paid for AVG PRO through my AVG Ultimate on my desktop

I tried that. And it now shows four devices listed. Two of them I removed from my account on Ultimate yesterday. But there they are on my tablet anyway. The third one I added yesterday when trying it on my own. The fourth one I just added a lttle while ago using your instructions to someone else. Why are they showing here and not on my desktop Ultimate? Also, how do I get to AntiVirus? It just says that I'm connected. And no, I can't see it from my computer.

I understand the inconvenience.
Like before, adding android devices and activating it using invitation code can no longer be done now as the Zen interface was removed on AVG app in Android.
The PRO version can be activated by downloading free version of AVG and then entering my account credentials for activation.

As I've already paid for AVG Ultimate, I should still be getting AVG PRO on my Android devices without ads and without having to get a new subscription to pay again. The ads just began showing up a couple of weeks ago. Doesn't give me the option for logging on to add my Android devices. They used to send an invitation, but according to a desktop tech that no longer works even though it says that it does.

Have you logged into AVG network using the AVG my account credentials on the admin PC?
Is your AVG Ultimate installed on PC doesn't show the newly added devices?

Janice - I would like to offer a suggestion.  check your account settings.  if you are on your PC, and sign out as administrtor, then you ONLY see the pc you are using.  IF you see your e-mail address, then you are logged in as administrator, IF you see connected, then you are not

No, none of the four devices I mentioned above are showing up on my AVG Ultimate on my PC. And yes, I've logged on and off and on again to my AVG Ultimate just to make sure. And they are not there. Although there really should be only one device at this point as I haven't tried to add my phone yet.
Also, how can I get it to show up on my AVG Ultimate?
And with only one account, why is my tablet showing 4 devices and my AVG Ultimate showing none other than my PC? The one account should match itself, shouldn't it? At least that's hopefully how most accounts work no matter where you go. At least that's been my experience over the last over 45 years at working with computers. Unless there is a bug somewhere in there. Please advise. Thanks.
