Alan,

If your system were not so impenetrable, then perhaps I would know where to look, and be aware that you may have answered.
I remind you that it is your system which has crippled my computer, and that I have had to find another pc to get help.

If I get criticism from those who understand the system because they are experts, then be in no doubt that once this problem is behind me, I will go elswhere for computer protection.This sort of grief from a program which, after scanning my primary pc, then wastes the better part of two days of my time and effort, so far without resolution, I can do without.  And will.  You may regard this as a complaint.
