I can understand your frustration.
I understand that your AVG subscription has got auto-renewed and you would like a refund for it. I'll certainly help you with it.
When you purchase an AVG subscription (formally known as "Continuing Protection Service"), the subscription will continue until you have canceled it. Customers will be billed 15 days prior to the start of the next subscription period. Customers will also receive an email regarding the automatic extension of their AVG subscription, 45 days prior to the start of the next subscription period.

I see that you have already submitted a Refund Request. Please be patient and our Refund Team will get back to you through your email, so I suggest you to check your email regularly.

absolutely horrible!!! can not cancel can not get $99.99 automatic renewal refunded
