Also dont use "avg pc tune up" 4 days after i bought it my laptop crashed. now its also f,ed up

I'm just checking in what's the current status after following Alan's recommendations.

If the situation is still the same then I'd like to ask you what's the error message and if you can boot into Windows Safe mode.
