I unscribed some months ago but the tune up thing was still active and I didn't realise. They took money from my account for another year :( .
As all my unsubscribe was done on AVGs site I have no email confirmation of this request.
I contacted for a refund and was told my account has now been unsubscribed (took a copy this time) but I have still paid for another year.
What are my chances of getting a refund for the sevice I thought I cancelled??
