Always On Display won't turn off

I would like to inform that AVG Antivirus for Android does not have the option 'Always display on' feature.

As the issue persists after uninstalling AVG, I suggest you to reach Samsung support for further assistance.

Brand new Galaxy s20 here personalized to my liking. I've had no issues until I downloaded AVG Antivirus, Cleaner, and VPN. So I'll just make a note of that and that I have uninstalled all of them and still having this issue. But every single time I get a text message, my Always On display turns itself on. Every single time I go in and turn it back off. As soon as the next text arrives, it turns itself right back on. I have turned off and reset my phone a million times and have no idea what else to do. I hate this feature and it's killing my battery and I can't make it stop, so I am looking to AVG or Samsung for a solution.
