I recovered a second computer at home. It is on same network on which I recovered my grandson's messed up computer. at the same time my computer was recovered with my grandson's files and the AVG programs (not AVG Zen) I downloaded have disappeared from my computer.
How can I download the programs I bought last week again?
Please help me out of this dilemma.
