Am I forced to pay? I subscribed for a free trial, but paypal subscription are not shown in my account, so I don’t have any way to cancel it by myself. There is no way to contact support, I tried multiple times writing here but I still got no answer. I already uninstalled avg from my computer and I don’t want to pay for an annual subscription fee for a product I’m not using.
I already spent a lot of time trying to get in contact with someone to help me and trying to figure it out by myself. I can say that I spent way more time doing this than trying Avg app on my computer. I can see on this forum that other post with other topics are getting answers. I don’t understand why there is no way to fix this important issues regarding payment.
