We'd like to inform that password protection component disable issue has been identified as a bug and our developers are working on a fix.
Until then, we'd request to uninstall AVG using clear tool (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Uninstall-AVG-software-Clear-Remover) and install it again.
You do not need to worry about protection. Your PC is completely protected. The status of password protection component is not getting reflecting in Interface. It will be fixed in future update.

Just after I log into my pc an AVG Internet Security page opens saying "You are Fully Protected" Yet directly underneath it says "Hacker Attacks Not Protected"…Am I "Fully Protected" or am I actually "Partly Fully Protected"…Confused.
