We're glad to look into this & help you.
Please let us know the reason that made you think that AVG is causing the issue.
Also, to identify the AVG program that is causing the issue, you can disable each of them separately.
Please disconnect AVG Secure VPN  & check initially.

One of the AVG programs is blocking Amazon Prime music, have installed Network Security, VPN and Tune UP.
