Amendment to Documents being blocked

You're most welcome Sol,
I have sent you an email, you can reply to my email if you need any further assistance.

Hello Sol.
We're here to help. It could be possible that AVG Ransom ware protection feature has caused this issue. Open AVG, click 'Hacker Attacks' tile, click 'Open' on Ransom ware component to open settings window. In the left pane, click 'Blocked/Allowed apps'. Remove the apps added to blocked apps list and add them to allowed apps list.

Regarding the expiry notice, make sure that you've activated AVG using the paid license number as per the instructions in this link.

Also, I'd like to inform that you have 3 copies of AVG Internet Security (1 computer) licenses. If you do not need 3 different licenses, I can arrange merging them into single license with extended validity.

I recently update all all my AVG protection (even though one of my scan facilities is still saying my trial expires in 8 days) but the main problem is that I appeared to have downloaded a AVG facility that has turned all my documents into read only and when I want to amend them it will not  allow me - How do I turn it off !!!

You're most welcome Sol,

Thank you for your response. I will take my computer to the local computer shop to get them to make the changes I as I am not competent enough to undertake the changes myself. I assume that this will apply to all my files as I am not able to amend anyof them at the moment -its blocking me from making changes to every file.
With regard to merging  into an single licence I have only just created the current arragement as result of a conversation I had with Rose DAyao(from AVG Customer Care) on 8 Nov when she persuaded me make adjustments to my previous set up. This involved me making payment of  £72.28 (on 8 Nov) £49.99 (on 9 Nov) This was in addition to the  payment of £34.99 on 25 October
It would therefore be helpful if you could clarify what benefits I would gain from such a merger
Best wishes
