My AMEX has been charged 79.99 from DRI AVG Technologies. Research has brought me here. I do not even have an AVG account, and in fact I had to create one using my email just to post this question. Please direct me on how to refund this balance? I tried the refund form but I have no information such as order number, etc to even fill it out.
