I've been trying to contact your office for weeks now due to a problem with paying my bills. I recently received some emails requesting payment for a Driver Update program. Why did they not use the direct debit that I arranged for this purpose and had been in use for several years?
I am reluctant to pay them by bank cheque etc in case they decide to use the direct debit at the same time. Then I will be paying twice. Can you get them to contact me so we can get on the same wave length and get back to normal
