An email scanner was not usable

I updated AVG Free edtion in latest version (2015.0.6125).
Thereafter an email scanner did not function.

I was usable without a problem until it past. After a problem occurred, I tried uninstallation and a reinstallation of AVG. And I turned off Firewall. Of course I reset various setting of AVG and the email.
 However, the situation is not improved.

I am going to send and receive an email by an email browser.
In the case of the email reception. I receive and process it and am finished without displaying the error. Of course I cannot receive it. In the case of the email transmission. A dialogue is displayed "connected to 127.0.0.1". And it becomes the error in time-out when it passes for a while.

Please please tell me the solution.

My emvitonment is Windows 7 Pro 64bit.
