An unrequested debit on my credit card account

I have just noticed a billing on my credit account balance of £99.99 the reference is DRI AVG TECHNOLOGIES ORDERFIND COMIE dated 13 may 2019.
I have not received an invoice or receipt  or order number and haven't used AVG for years.
i hope this is not a scam.

This must be a scam utter nonsense. I have not had a totalise address for 7 years and do not want or use any AVG software. to my outlook address
I did not receive any email from you 30 days before my order (your claim) I would like to see a copy of it.
Ido not want any transfer  so kindly stop this licence and give a credit to my card.

I have forwarded the automatic renewal notification email sent to your current email address. We would like to inform you that the refund of your order has been started.
