A few days ago, I got a mail from AVG, basically saying: " Hello, sorry, we made a mistake. We updated your account to our new version but you lost your premium priviledges… a button was giving a link to upload the new version with a new licence code
I did and all messed up
I can download
My tune up opens once and it runs til it starts checking my HDD. At this point, it asks me to reboot and then, when I want to start Tune up, I get a message saying OPS we're sorry, contact our support
Deleting Tune up and re installing it doesn't help
Any help, please?
