I apologize for the inconvenience. Since AVG Zen app has been discontinued, you may not be able to manage your android devices from Zen interface on your windows computer. You have to install and activate AVG using your AVG Myaccount credentials.
Please follow the steps below to activate the AVG Anti-virus PRO and AVG Cleaner PRO using Ultimate package :
- Open Google play store app on your device.
- Search for AVG Anti-virus and AVG Cleaner.
- Locate and install the free version of the app.
- Now open the installed app.
- Tap on the drawer (3 lines) on top-left of the app and select Login option.
- Enter your My Account email address and password.
Now, the AVG Anti-virus and AVG Cleaner will upgrade to PRO.
If not, please wait for 24 hours and check whether its upgraded to PRO. After the installation, I would request you go to my.avg.com and enter your AVG Myaccount credentials to see the Android device information and Anti-theft notifications.
Hi, I have purchased AVG Ultimate 2018 and had it installed on my laptop as well as my family's laptop. And have successfully added them to my account and i can see all the device in my ZEN,
But i have issue with my Android handphone, i managed to download and install in my handphone and connect it to my account. But when i log in to my ZEN, i cannot see my handphone in the network at all.
Please advise.
