Android AVG Antivirus not activate after Upgrede

We would like to check whether you have used the correct code for activation.
Though you have a different email address on Google PlayStore, the activation should work when you enter the correct code.
We have sent the activation code via email now. If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.
Refer this article and follow the steps as mentioned under "Activation Code".

I can't activate my AVG Antivirus after upgrade. I followed all steps on yours support page but can't switch pro version after connect AVG account. May be problem is my AVG account and Google Play account email is different.

Select the option as "YES" and the operating system as "ANDROID"

Fill in the details and click on the option "answer via email"

Once your request is submitted you will be getting the prompt answer via email from our mobile team
I try it before but system give "wrong activation code" message

We have to escalate the case to our senior team. So, we need the screenshot of upgrade button in AVG Antivirus and device information.

- Open AVG Antivirus app
- Click on Menu icon at top left
- Scroll down and click on Help & Feedback
- "Tap 5 times" on FAQs
- You can now submit the in app form.

HI. I am experiencing the same problem. The AVG app (the latest 6.22.2) does not contain "log in" to my AVG account option so I cannot upgrade the free version and use its full functionality. Eventhough I paid for AVG Ultimate. Is there any solution for this?
