Android AVG ZEN subscription stops working for all devices

We'd like to inform that AVG Zen has been discontinued for Android platform. It seems you are using an older version of AVG on your device. I've forwarded your query to our dedicated Android support team. They will get back to you via email at the earliest with a resolution.

Hi, I've been using AVG ZEN on my Android phone for about 2 years to manage my devices and buy my licence. On March 21st, I received an email saying that my protection was about to expire (wich is a problem). The big problem is: I've already paid for my subscription up to February 2020 on February 11th 2019 (on my credit card). I can see this in my subscriptions list on Google Play

So, why my account suddenly decided to get back to basic protection? I can provide screenshots if needed.
