I keep getting messages saying I need to activate various options on my mobile phone to get full benefit of AVG - my subscription is full internet security. When I try to activate options, it asks me to log in and then says 'log in failed' constantly - I have now changed my password to try and overcome this - still get 'log in failed'. Can anyone help as I'm a little fed up of this!!! Can log in fine on my laptop.
