My mobile has activated the 'this device has been lost or stolen' alarm. This has happened a couple of times previously & I have been able to deactivate the alarm by entering my normal Pin No., this time it is saying that I have entered an incorrect Pin. I am an Australian resident but am currently in Malaysia. I phoned AVG Support (Australia/India) & they said I needed to contact AVG Support - which I have tried several time to initiate a CHAT but the Chat request just continues to indicate that it is loading!!!
Please advise
