I purchased the AVG Ultimate yesterday, When I tried to add my phone it will only add the free version with ads. I do not get an activation code and the only way to change it to Pro is pay extra for it. It is supposed to be included. I have been told that NO tech support is available for this. Why do you sell a service you do not support? I have made several phone calls but no help. One tech support told me to stay on the line while I restarted my phone. Really? If I do not get help soon, I will be demanding my money back and share my experience with social media.
