Upon checking your account, we can see that the auto-renewal of your AVG Ultimate subscription has already been cancelled & we couldn't locate any recent charges made.

Having informed AVG last year that I was no longer a customer and have not used their services and please do not send me reminders and do not automatically take any monies from my account. I see that they did take money from my account and are now suggesting that they will do the same this year.
Can anyone tell me the how to contact customer services and put this situation right?
