We'll certainly look into it. Could you click 'See details' on the threat detection pop and share a screenshot (http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot) of it? Do you receive this randomly or when you browse internet?

I have a full subscription in place for Virus scan, VPN and Tune up. However, for the 
last few days I receive a pop-up about every 30 minutes, yes, dozens of times a day, 
It says: Threat secured!  We've safely aborted connection on ettotropsinhi.info because it was infected with URL:Blacklist. When I look for more details, I am directed to a screen to purchase one of your subscriptions which I already have!  What can I do please?

This seems to be a false positive. We request you to reset your chrome browser and restart your PC once to verify the status. Refer this article (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=AVG-Reset-browser) for the instructions.
Keep us informed about the status to proceed further.
