Annoying AVG Popup- How do I get rid of it?

Thanks for the reply. I have already seen that link. That is only for someone who has a trial version installed and it has expired. I have AVG Free installed (twice). This doesn't help my situation.

I am and have always used AVG Free for my computer. I keep getting an annoying popup that tells me my pro trial has expired. Yesterday I uninstalled the AVG Free program and downloaded it and installed it again, and today I have the same annoying popup. Please tell me how to get rid of this for once and for all. Thank you

I am having the same problem. I have purchased AVG PCTools and use the Free edition but am ready to delete both and go to another program.

Bill,
Thank you for the information.
Could you please take and send the screenshot of the popup that you are receiving so that we can understand and assist you better in resolving it? To take a screenshot please follow the instructions mentioned in this link: avgread.me/1aZxsAV .
Are you able to ignore those pop ups?
Thank you.
