I keep getting a window popping up all the time which started happening after downloading avg.  How do I FIX THIS

FINDSTR; Cannot open c;\ProgrammeData\acer\updater2\updater2.xml
The system cannot find te path specified.
Cannot access file C;\pROGRAMME fILES\dRIVERSsETUPuTILITY\fun<br>
It has a few others…Help
