just noticed that an annual subscription charge for 2010/2011 was deducted from my bank account even though I no longer have a need for a pc, let alone an anti-virus service, but was not given the chance to prevent such an annual subscription being deducted. Please return the subscription payment to my bank account ASAP. Thank you. David
