When I open Tune Up I get a screen which tells me the Product Key has expired and inviting me to buy.
Since I no longer have access to Tune Up would you please rectify this immediately.
Please note the following points:-
I am 80 years old with little technical knowledge about PCs etc and have no idea how to create or share a screenshot.
Your instructions were to open AVG Tune Up which I did using the icon on the Screen and that's when I got the secreen about the Product Key.
Clearly this was not correct so my daughter, who was visiting me, folowed your instructions and found the old and new Tune Ups. She uninstalled the old one and installed the new one.
I then activated the new one via the Screen and that seemed to be working because it began to list the issues that need to be solved but when I asked it to resolve them I got a screen which told me I could get 60 days free, 1 year for £35.88, or 2 years for £69.36.
Since your company has collected £34.99 twice and also withdrawn my access to Tune Up, please resove this matter urgently as I am running out of patience.

My annual subscription of £34.99p was taken by you on 11 December using my Santander Credit Card Account. However, you took the same amount again on 13 December so I'd be grateful if you would refund this over-payment immediately

To activate : Open AVG TuneUp - My AVG (at top right) - My subscriptions - Enter a valid activation code (sent to you via email).
