First, we have to uninstall the program using our AVG Clear tool and reinstall it again. Then we have to check for the issue again. This is our trouble shooting procedure.
If the issue persist, we will collect the logs and escalate the case to our senior team for analysis.

Regarding your duplicate post, we wont allow the issue to remain unfixed. We will ask the customer to connect with our remote session and resolve the issue.

Again, we have another AVG issue. Now says there is a definition update, however keeps saying out of date and keeps going pink, you people really need to fix your unstable broken program. No not going too uninstall it or reinstall it, no not allow anyone on my PC. If I unstall it, its going for good, your program has been like this forever… FIX IT

Problem is your program is trash. It just breaks itself. I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling. This is very exhausting and annoying. Every single friking time your app breaks I have to go through with this annoying bull crap.
How about fixing your trash app that breaks itself from just looking at it?
I didn't even do anything it just breaks. Fix your trash app before asking us to do the same thing over and over and over.
